--After deciding the hold training camp a little closer to home, the Knicks officially announced they will be heading north to Saratoga Springs and work out at Skidmore College. The first double session will be held Sept. 30. --Knicks legend Patrick Ewing was set to be inducted on Sept. 5 into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame, and was expected to bring a number of former coaches and teammates along for the moment. He didn't have to ask Pat Riley twice. The Miami Heat president is also in this year's class.
