
--Knicks coach Mike D'Antoni has been at the MSG Training Facility almost every day since the Olympics ended. He's been keeping an eye on his new team and getting to know the players a little better. There has also been plenty of time spent reviewing last season's debacle.
--Allan Houston is working out with several Knicks players, and is expected to decide in the next week if he's going to attempt another comeback with his old team. He was not moving well a year ago in camp with the Knicks, and called it quits after one very brief preseason appearance. QUOTE TO NOTE: "They look better on opposite teams." -- Knicks guard Jamal Crawford, using his Newsday blog to give a scouting report on teammates who came back early to work out, and poked fun at Eddy Curry and Zach Randolph, who didn't seem comfortable sharing the court last season.
