--F Wilson Chandler now has plans for NBA All-Star Weekend. The blossoming youngster was selected to play in the Rookie-Sophomore Challenge. He's dealt with some peaks and valleys, but this has been a breakout season for Chandler, who's averaging 13.9 points and 5.2 rebounds. QUOTE TO NOTE: "In the alternative world I live in, we'll beat those teams and we'll go on and advance in the playoffs. That's the game plan.
