--Mike D'Antoni is waiting for Phoenix to hire a head coach before he starts putting together a staff in New York. The Suns probably won't release Dan D'Antoni or Phil Weber until somebody is in place. Herb Williams, a longtime Knicks assistant, is likely to stay in place.
